Doitsu
Doitsugoi (German carp) or Doitsu were originally imported from Germany to Japan in the late 1800's as a food fish. Doitsu have either no scales at all and referred to as "leather carp", or they have a line of large scales along their lateral and dorsal lines and are referred to a "mirror carp". As displayed the female is the larger fish, because she has to carry the eggs thus she has larger fins as well. The male is the one on top that is skinner and more angular fins in order to be able to catch the female.
